Orion Mine Finance Management I Limited, a 10% Holder, disposed of 53,734,045 Common Shares on an indirect ownership basis for registered holder Orion Fund JV Limited, 2,310,921 Common Shares on an indirect ownership basis for registered holder Orion Mine Finance (Master) Fund I-A LP and 6,355,034 Common Shares on an indirect ownership basis for registered holder Orion Mine Finance Fund II L.P. at a price of $8.546 through a private transaction on April 9th, 2024. This represents a $533,282,880 divestment of the company's shares and an account share holdings change of -40.8%.

The Mantoverde copper-gold mine consists of four pits situated along the Mantoverde fault, each of which contains both sulphide and oxide ores.
