Orion Mine Finance Management I Limited, a 10% Holder, disposed of 10,247,358 Common Shares on an indirect ownership basis for registered holder Orion Fund JV Limited, 440,705 Common Shares on an indirect ownership basis for registered holder Orion Mine Finance (Master) Fund I-A LP, and 1,211,937 Common Shares on an indirect ownership basis for registered holder Orion Mine Finance Fund II L.P., all at a price of $6.300 through a private transaction on February 8th, 2024.
