Taiga Mining Company, a 10% Holder, acquired 2,501,581 Common Shares on a direct ownership basis at a price of $1.000 through a private transaction on August 12th, 2021. The insider also acquired 2,501,581 Warrants with an exercise price of $1.500 for 12 months. This represents a $2,501,581 investment into the company's shares and an account share holdings change of 15.5%.
