Kulwant Malhi, CEO and 10% Holder, acquired 11,133,846 Common Shares at a price of $0.065 and 11,133,846 Warrants exercisable at $0.080 until July 23, 2026 on a direct ownership basis through a prospectus or prospectus exempt offering on July 23rd, 2021. This represents a $723,700 investment into the company's shares and an account share holdings change of greater than 100%.
