Glencore Xstrata plc, a 10% Holder, acquired 49,000,000 Common Shares on a control or direction basis for registered holder Glencore Canada Corporation at a price of $0.185 through a prospectus or prospectus exempt offering on December 2nd, 2020. The insider also acquired 24,500,000 Warrants with an exercise price of $0.230 until June 2, 2022. This represents a $9,065,000 investment into the company's shares and an account share holdings change of 23.2%.

In Peru, the Company's Santander mine operations are approximately 2,000 ton-per-day. In Canada, the Company continues to focus on the commissioning of the Caribou mine and mill in New Brunswick. Its others exploration projects include Ruttan Copper Project, Manitoba, Canada, and Huampar Project, Peru.
