Eric Sprott, a 10% Holder, acquired 2,500,000 Common Shares on a direct ownership basis at a price of $0.400 through a prospectus or prospectus exempt offering on August 24th, 2020. The insider also acquired 1,250,000 Warrants on a direct ownership basis with an exercise price of $0.550 until August 25, 2022. This represents a $1,000,000 investment into the company's shares and an account share holdings change of 8.0%.
