Newcrest Mining Limited, a 10% Holder, acquired 507,271 Common Shares on an indirect ownership basis for registered holder Newcrest Canada Inc. at a price of $11.570 through a private transaction on May 22nd, 2020. The Company's Aurelian Ecuador S.A. holds the concessions underlying the Fruta del Norte Project.
