Osisko Gold Royalties Ltd, a 10% Holder, disposed of 49,651,857 Common Shares on a direct ownership basis at a price of $0.195 through a private transaction on June 28th, 2019. This represents a $9,682,112 divestment of the company's shares and an account share holdings change of -100.0%.

Aquila Resources Inc. is engaged in exploration for and development of mineral properties. The Company operates through the acquisition and exploration of precious metals projects segment. The primary asset of the Company is its interest in the Back Forty Project located in Menominee County, Michigan. The Back Forty Project is a development-stage volcanogenic massive sulfide (VMS) deposit containing gold, zinc, lead, silver and copper located in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, the United States. Back Forty Project is a poly-metallic project, which contains approximately one million ounces of gold and one billion pounds of zinc. Its two other exploration projects include Reef Gold Project (Reef) located in Marathon County Wisconsin, and the Bend Project (Bend) located in Taylor County, Wisconsin. Reef is a gold copper property and Bend is a volcanogenic massive sulfide occurrence containing copper and gold. At Reef Project, the Company has completed over 42 diamond drill holes.
