Scott Gibson, CEO, Director and 10% Holder, acquired 500,000 Common Shares on an indirect ownership basis for registered holder Beneath the Surface Capital Corp. and  500,000 Common Shares on an indirect ownership basis for registered holder Kitgo Gibson Capital Corp. at a price of $0.100 through a prospectus or prospectus exempt offering on September 18th, 2018. This represents a $100,000 investment into the company's shares and an account share holdings change of greater than 100%.
