Zimtu Capital Corp., a 10% Holder, acquired 2,625,000 Common Shares on a direct ownership basis at a price of $0.060 through a private transaction on June 12th, 2018. The insider also acquired 2,625,000 Warrants with an exercise price of $0.100 until June 8, 2020. This represents a $157,500 investment into the company's shares and an account share holdings change of 31.2%.
