Salvadore Garcia, a Director, acquired 500,000 Common Shares at a price of $0.250 and 250,000 Warrants exercisable at $0.300 for a period of four years on a direct ownership basis through a private transaction on March 7th, 2018. Its Molybrook molybdenum property is located on the south coast of Newfoundland.
