The GRPP is situated approximately 32 kilometers west of Moab in the Paradox Basin in Utah, which contains the stratigraphic sequence of evaporite/salt layers. The Company also holds potash prospecting permits and permit applications (PPAs) totaling 17,767 hectares and 160 lithium placer claims totaling 1,295 hectares staked over a portion of the federal potash PPA area. The Company holds 100% title to the potash mineralization through the state leases, including all chlorides, sulfates, carbonates, borates, silicates and nitrates of potassium; 100% title to the lithium placer claims through staking, and a 100% option on the PPAs. The Company has no operating revenue.
