Jose Francisco Arata, a Director, acquired 2,500,000 Common Shares on a direct ownership basis at a price of $0.050 and acquired 2,500,000 Warrants on a direct ownership basis with an exercise price of $0.100 until May 3, 2018. This represents a $125,000 net investment into the company's shares and an account share holdings change of greater than 100%.

On the same terms, Wuilian Andres Mauco, a 10% Holder, also acquired 2,500,000 Common Shares and 2,500,000 Warrants on a direct ownership basis. This represents an account share holdings change of greater than 100%.
