Michael Rupert Binnion, CEO, Director and 10% Holder, acquired 96,045 Common Shares on a direct ownership basis,  14,980 Common Shares on a control or direction basis for registered holder Rupert's Crossing Ltd., 50,672 Common Shares on a control or direction basis for registered holder Rupert's Crossing, an investment corporation and 6,420 Common Shares on a control or direction basis for registered holder Rupert's Developments Inc. This represents a $82,377 investment into the company's shares and an account share holdings change of 1.9%.

Jason Dominic D'Silva, CFO, acquired 36,473 Common Shares on a direct ownership basis. This represents a $17,872 investment into the company's shares and an account share holdings change of 1.2%.
