- 83,100 Common Shares on an indirect ownership basis for registered holder Bay Resource Partners Offshore Master Fund LP a
-   2,700 Common Shares on an indirect ownership basis for registered holder K2 Bay Resource Partners Master Fund Ltd.
-   7,200 Common Shares on an indirect ownership basis for registered holder Thomas Claugus.
