- 612,200 Common Shares on an indirect ownership basis for registered holder Bay Resource Partners LP
- 825,200 Common Shares on an indirect ownership basis for registered holder Bay Resource Partners Offshore Master Fund LP
-   27,200 Common Shares on an indirect ownership basis for registered holder K2 Bay Resource Partners Master Fund Ltd.
