The settlement provides for a fund of $4,850,000 to benefit class members. For the purposes of the settlement, the class is defined as: persons or entities that purchased or otherwise acquired publicly traded AppHarvest Inc. securities during the period from February 1, 2021 and August 10, 2021, inclusive, and were damaged thereby.
