TORONTO --

Hamilton Capital Partners Inc. (“Hamilton ETFs”) announces that, effective today, the legal name of Hamilton U.S. Mid/Small-Cap Financials ETF has been changed to Hamilton U.S. Mid-Cap Financials ETF (the “ETF”). Subject to the final approval of the Toronto Stock Exchange (the “TSX”), the name change (as well as the CUSIP change noted below) is anticipated to be reflected on the TSX at the opening on, or about, April 2, 2024.

Old Name

Old CUSIP

New Name

New CUSIP

Hamilton U.S. Mid/Small-Cap Financials ETF

407866102

Hamilton U.S. Mid-Cap Financials ETF

407861103

Coincident with the name change, the ETF will no longer be offered for sale in U.S. dollars (“US$ Units”). The US$ Units, which trade on the TSX under the symbol, HUM.U, were not a separate class of units of the ETF, but rather represented the U.S. dollar value of the Cdn$ Class E Units (which trade under the ticker symbol, HUM) at the current day's Canada/U.S. exchange rate. It is anticipated that HUM.U will be removed at the close on, or about, April 1, 2024.

The Class E units for the ETF continue to trade under the ticker “HUM” on the TSX, and the investment objective and strategy of the ETF, as outlined in the prospectus available on SEDAR+ (www.sedarplus.ca) or the company’s website (www.hamiltonetfs.com), remain unchanged.
